C & S Construction

You can find us over at 5/2 Hindusthan Avenue, right on Nava India Road in the Sowripalayam area of Coimbatore. We go by C & S Construction. Our office is a simple place where we spend most of our daylight hours. Being on Nava India Road means we are right in the thick of things, which is handy for getting supplies and meeting people. The office itself is nothing to brag about—just a couple of desks, some sturdy chairs, and a lot of binders full of project details. We’ve got a small window that looks out onto the street, and we often see the same people walking by every day. It’s a very local atmosphere here. We don’t use any complicated software for everything; a lot of our initial thoughts still end up scribbled on bits of paper. The afternoon sun hits the front of the building pretty hard, so we usually keep the blinds pulled down halfway to keep the heat out. We’ve been part of the Sowripalayam community for a while now and we like the pace of life here. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with a lobby or anything like that. Just a door that opens into our workspace. We keep it practical because construction is a practical business. If we are not in the office, we are probably out at a site nearby, checking on how things are moving along.
