BuildARCH

Our office, BuildARCH, is located in Madhura Towers on the second floor. We are on 9th Street in Gandhipuram, which is a busy area to say the least. Finding parking can be a real headache some days, but we like being in the heart of the action. The office is at B-19. Inside, it’s mostly just us surrounded by rolls of drawings, some computers, and a few half-finished models. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time drawing and measuring things. Sometimes we are out at sites getting our shoes dusty, and other times we are just sitting here debating over a floor plan. We don’t really go in for big speeches or fancy marketing. We just like building things and figuring out how spaces work. The team is just a handful of people who enjoy what they do. We have our coffee together in the morning and then get to work. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of projects going on at once, but we make it work. Gandhipuram has a lot of energy, and I think that rubs off on us a bit. We just keep plugging away, trying to make sure the walls are straight and the roofs don't leak. It’s a decent way to make a living. We’ve been at this for a while and don't see ourselves moving from 9th Street anytime soon. It just feels like home now.
