Brj Ortho Centre & Mak Hospital

If you know the Fertilizer Company stop on Mettupalayam Road, then you know where Brj Ortho Centre & Mak Hospital is. It is a busy stretch in Coimbatore. There are always buses and trucks going past. We have a good amount of space here for both the ortho work and the general hospital needs. The waiting area can get pretty full on Monday mornings. We have a few benches and a television that usually plays the news. Our nurses and doctors are always moving around, trying to keep up with the patients. The air smells a bit like antiseptic, which is normal for a hospital. We’ve been at this location for a while. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we are too busy to think about that right now. We deal with a lot of bone and joint issues as well as dental stuff. It’s a mix of different people coming in. Some are local and some travel from further away because of the bus stop nearby. We try to keep things organized with a paper filing system and a small computer for the bills. It’s a lot of paperwork. When the sun goes down, the road outside stays busy for hours. We usually finish up late. It’s just a regular part of life on Mettupalayam Road for us. We often have to run out to grab tea for the staff from the stall around the corner.
