We are tucked away in Balaji Industrial Park-I, specifically at No.479/1A and 477/3B-1. It’s a bit of a mouthful for an address, but it’s where we handle all the manufacturing for Blue Sky Hose Manufacturing Pvt.Ltd. The industrial park is always full of activity, with various businesses all crammed in together. Our part of the park is mostly about the production line. It’s loud, it’s hot sometimes, and there is always a lot of movement. We aren't interested in looking like a corporate headquarters. The floors are concrete, the lighting is basic, and we spend our resources on the machinery rather than fancy office chairs or decorations. Most of our days are spent checking the lines and making sure the hoses are coming out right. It’s honest work that doesn't need a lot of explanation. The people here are good at what they do, and they’ve been doing it for a long time. We have a lot of tea breaks where we talk about the weather, the families, or the local news. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. Sometimes we run into issues with supplies or the machines need a bit of extra maintenance, but we just deal with it as it comes. It’s a typical factory life in a typical industrial park. We show up, we make the hoses, and we make sure the place is locked up tight at the end of every night. It is a simple operation and that is exactly how we like it to be.
