Bluberg Consulting Llp is located in C 102 at Ramani Lake Garden. If you know Thadagam Road, you know it can get quite busy during the day, but once you get into the complex, things settle down a bit. We have been working from this spot for some time now. It is a practical space, mostly just desks, chairs, and a few filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don't really go for the high-end office look because that is not really who we are. We are just regular people who know a thing or two about consulting. Most mornings start with someone trying to fix the printer or complaining about the internet speed. It is a very normal environment. We have a small window that looks out towards the road, and sometimes we get distracted watching the world go by. Thadagam Road is always moving. Inside, we keep things pretty casual. There is no dress code or big corporate rules that nobody follows anyway. We just sit down, do what needs doing, and head home when the sun goes down. The commute is not too bad for most of us, which helps. Being at Ramani Lake Garden feels like being part of the local community rather than being tucked away in some sterile business park. We are just here, doing our bit, day in and day out, and we are fine with that. It is a steady way to live and work in this area. We usually end the day by making sure the lights are off and the door is locked properly.
