We have our shop set up in the K K Pudur area of Coimbatore. It’s a busy part of town, and we’ve been dealing with all sorts of electronics and home appliances for a while now. The store isn't one of those massive malls you see nowadays. It’s more of a local spot where people come in to look at a new fridge or ask about getting a television fixed. We keep a variety of things on the floor, but it can get a bit cramped when a new shipment arrives. Often, the boxes are stacked almost to the ceiling. We don't have a team of people in fancy uniforms. It is just a few of us who know a bit about how these gadgets work. Sometimes we spend more time talking to the neighbors who drop in than actually selling things, but that’s how we like it. The floor is a bit scuffed from moving heavy washing machines around, and the lighting could probably be better. We don’t worry too much about that stuff. We just focus on making sure the customers get what they need without any headache. If something breaks, people know where to find us. It’s just a regular neighborhood electronics place. We keep things simple and try to help out whoever walks through the door. Sometimes we have to explain how a new remote works three or four times, but we don't mind.
