We are based in the RR Omkar Apartments over in Valasaravakkam. Aventur Bio-Chem Private Limited runs its operations from here, which might seem a bit unusual since it’s an apartment building, but it works for us. We have a small team working in a few rooms that we’ve converted into office space. It’s a quiet environment compared to a big industrial park. We mostly handle the administrative side of the bio-chem business, like sourcing and sales coordination. There’s a lot of typing and filing going on throughout the day. Valasaravakkam is a growing area, and being in an apartment complex keeps us close to the local community. We don't have a big sign out front or a fancy lobby. If you come to see us, you’re basically walking into a home that’s been turned into a workplace. We like it that way because it’s low-key and straightforward. Sometimes we have boxes stacked in the hallway when a shipment arrives. We aren't trying to act like a giant firm. We just do our work, talk to our clients, and try to make sure everything is handled correctly. Most of our neighbors know us, and we try not to make too much noise. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We focus on the day-to-day tasks and keep the bio-chem side of things moving along steadily. It’s just how we operate in this little corner of the building.
