Auto Diecasting Company

At 440 Athipalayam Road in the Ganapathy area, you will find Auto Diecasting Company. It’s a busy part of town, and our shop fits right in with the rest of the industrial scenery. Diecasting is heavy, hot work. We spend our time working with molten metal and molds that have to be handled just right. It’s not the kind of place where you can stay clean for very long. The walls of the shop have seen better days, and the floor is stained from years of work, but that doesn't bother us. We are more interested in what comes out of the machines. We don’t have a mission statement or any of those posters on the wall telling us to be our best. We just know that if we don't do the job right, the part won't fit, and we’ll have to do it all over again. Most of us have been doing this for a long time, so we can tell if a machine is running wrong just by the sound it makes. We don't have a formal front desk. If you show up, you’ll probably have to wait a minute for someone to turn off a machine and come over. It’s a loud, hot, and tiring job, but it’s what we do. When the day is over, we’re usually ready to head home and get some rest before doing it all again tomorrow morning.
