Arrkay Power Transmission is situated at No.28 in Thanthai Periyar Nagar. If you know the Sowripalayam area well, you’ll find us easily enough among the other small businesses around here. We deal with power transmission parts, so there is usually a fair amount of heavy metal stuff lying around the shop floor. It is a bit cramped sometimes when a big shipment comes in, but we manage to keep things moving. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in the city, just a reliable place where people can get what they need without a lot of fuss. Most of us here have been doing this for a while now, so we know the inventory pretty well. The mornings are usually the busiest time when the local workshops send someone over to pick up parts. We drink a lot of tea while we look through the catalogs or double-check the measurements on a specific gear or belt.
