ANUVA LITE

Our business, ANUVA LITE, is located on the first floor of the Subramania Commercial Complex. We are right above the Indian Overseas Bank on Avinashi Road in Coimbatore. It’s a very busy part of town, especially since we are quite near VOC Park. Being on the first floor means we have to carry a lot of boxes up and down the stairs, which keeps us fit, I suppose. We mostly deal in lighting and related items. The showroom isn't anything like those big malls; it’s just a room filled with different lights we’ve collected. We spend a lot of time explaining how the different fixtures work to people who stop by after visiting the bank downstairs. The traffic on Avinashi Road is pretty much constant, so there’s always a hum of engines in the background. We have a small desk near the window where we handle all the bills and phone calls. Sometimes the building gets a bit crowded when there’s a rush at the bank, but we don't mind the company. We’ve been here long enough that most of the other tenants in the complex are like friends now. We don't really do any formal marketing. Usually, people just see our name from the road and decide to come up and see what we have. It’s a steady life, and we enjoy being in such a central part of the city where everything is happening all the time.
