Paramount Trading Company

We have been here at 16-A R.R.Swamy Lane for quite some time now. Dealing with different goods and getting things from one place to another keeps us busy all through the week. It is a narrow enough lane but we manage to get the delivery trucks in and out somehow, even if it takes a lot of shouting and guiding. Paramount Trading Company is just a small group of us working out of this old office. Most days are spent on the phone or checking invoices while the ceiling fan makes a clicking sound above us. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon and we just sit outside on the steps for a bit until it comes back. It isn't anything fancy at all. We have some old wooden desks and a lot of paperwork piled up in the corners. People often stop by to ask for prices or just to see what we have in stock this week. Dealing with suppliers can be a real headache, especially when deliveries are late or the quality isn't what we asked for. But that is just how the trading business goes. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the filing gets way ahead of us. It is mostly just about getting the orders right and making sure stuff moves out the door. The neighborhood is okay, with plenty of tea shops nearby which helps on those long, slow afternoons. We don't have a big fancy sign, just a small one.
