Our business is located at No. 2148 on Trichy Road in the Singanallur area. It’s a very busy stretch of road, so there’s always a lot of noise from the buses and cars passing by. We’ve been operating out of this building for some time now. It’s a two-story setup where we handle various auto-related tasks. Downstairs is where the main action happens, and upstairs we keep some of the records and a small space to sit. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy to worry about that. We have a handful of staff who have been with us for years, and we all know each other’s families. It’s a local business through and through. We don't have any big corporate slogans or anything like that. If you come in, you’ll likely find us drinking coffee and looking over some invoices. The front window gets a bit dusty because of the road, so we have to wipe it down every other day. We don’t use much technology besides the basic computer for billing. Most of our work is done through conversations and handshakes. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it has worked for us so far. We just show up every morning, open the doors, and see what the day brings. It’s a steady rhythm that we’ve grown used to over the years in Singanallur. We just keep things moving.
