Affluent Villas Llp

Affluent Villas Llp is based out of the Mettupalayam Road area in Coimbatore. Specifically, we are at GN Mills Post, number 54. It’s a busy stretch of road and we see a lot of trucks and cars passing by every hour. We work on villa projects and land developments around this side of town. The air is a bit different here compared to the city center. We spend a lot of time out at the construction sites checking on progress. In the office, it’s mostly just us keeping track of the schedules and the workers. We don't have a polished sales pitch. We just show people what we are building and let them decide for themselves. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. Coimbatore is growing fast and Mettupalayam Road is a big part of that. We see new things popping up every month. Our office isn't very large but it serves its purpose for meeting with contractors and buyers. We deal with the usual headaches like weather delays or materials arriving late. That’s just the nature of this kind of work. We try to be practical about everything. No one here is trying to sound like a big executive. We just work hard and hope the buildings turn out well. It’s a lot of back and forth between the desk and the dirt every day.
