7 Sivas Facility Management & Hospitality Integrated Support

We are located at Sunson House on Rajiv Gandhi Nagar Sugar Cane Main Road. Most days start pretty early here because there is always a lot to manage. 7 Sivas Facility Management & Hospitality Integrated Support is basically a group of us who take care of buildings and help out with guest services. It is not always easy work. Sometimes we are dealing with a leak in a pipe or making sure the cleaning staff has what they need for the next shift. We have been around this part of town for a while, so we know the local area well. The Sugar Cane Main Road gets quite busy, and that keeps us on our toes. We do not have a big fancy office or anything like that. It is just a practical space where we get things done. People come to us when they need a hand with running their properties or when they have guests staying over and need things to go smoothly. We do a mix of things, from basic maintenance to more hands-on hospitality support. It is the kind of job where you never really know what the day will bring. One hour you are looking at some paperwork, and the next you are helping someone figure out a logistics problem. We just try to stay busy and make sure everything is functioning like it should for the folks who rely on us here in this building.
