3S Fire Safety Equipments

Over at 27-A1, Periyamariamman Kovil Street in Peelamedu, you will find our small operation. 3S Fire Safety Equipments is basically us surrounded by red cylinders and rolls of heavy-duty hoses. It isn't the most glamorous job, but someone has to make sure the fire extinguishers are actually full and the valves aren't stuck. The street we are on is usually pretty quiet, which is nice for getting work done without too many distractions. We spend a lot of our time checking expiry dates and refilling tanks in the back room. It’s a bit of a messy process, and we usually go home with some grime on our hands. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. If you come by, you'll just see us working. We know most of the shop owners around Peelamedu because we've been here long enough. We aren't trying to sell anyone something they don't need. Usually, it's just about being ready for an emergency that hopefully never happens. Sometimes the heat in the workshop gets a bit much during the summer, but we have a couple of fans that help. We just take it one day at a time, making sure the equipment is ready to go. It’s basic work, but we take it seriously in our own way and try to keep things simple.
