Nippon Toyota

Our place is at No.X/314-K on NH-47. We are right in Nettoor, specifically near the bypass in Maradu. If you know the area, you know how busy the bypass gets with everyone trying to get through the city. Nippon Toyota is situated right where the action is. The humidity here in Kerala can be something else, especially during the monsoon months when the rain just does not stop for days. We spend a lot of time making sure the water stays out and the workspace stays dry. It is a pretty standard building, nothing too flashy, just a large space for the cars and a corner for the office work. We have a few fans going all day to keep the air moving. The staff here at Nettoor are mostly local people who know the roads and the shortcuts well. We start the day by checking the schedule and seeing what needs to be moved around. The bypass noise is always there, a constant hum of engines and tires on the wet tarmac. Sometimes we sit out back for lunch just to get a bit of air away from the main road. It is a straightforward operation. We do not have much time for fluff or fancy talk. There is always a car needing attention or a part that needs to be found in the back. It is just the way things go at a busy spot on the highway like this one.
