This is a bit of a unique setup we have going. Mwt Services is technically based in Kochi, Kerala, but we handle a lot of things through our Dubai connection, which is why you see the P.O. Box address there. It’s a bit of a mix. We’ve been involved in various services for a long time. The email we use, the Smitha Pharma one, is just what we’ve always used to stay in touch. It might look a bit old-school, but it works for us. We aren't a big flashy firm with a huge marketing department. Most of what we do is behind the scenes, making sure things move from one place to another. Being in Kochi gives us a good base in India, but the Dubai link is important for the kind of work we handle. It involves a lot of coordination and late-night emails. We don't have a big office building with our name on top. It’s more about the people and the connections we’ve built over the years. Some days are slow, and some days we are juggling a dozen different things at once. We don't really have a polished way of explaining it. We just provide the services that people ask for and try to stay organized. It’s a practical business run by people who know the industry. We just keep going, day by day, handling whatever comes through the inbox or the post box without much fuss. It takes a lot of patience to manage things across different borders.
