Midmac Contracting Company

Midmac Contracting Company is based out of Sarada House on ESI Road in Palluruty. This part of Kochi has its own rhythm, and we are right in the thick of it. The office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but it’s where all the planning for our contracting work happens. We handle a lot of the logistical stuff that comes with big construction jobs. You’ll find us surrounded by stacks of paper and blueprints most mornings. It’s a practical kind of place. We don’t have a receptionist to greet you with a scripted line; you just walk in and talk to whoever is at the desk. Things get a bit messy when we are in the middle of a big project, with people coming in and out constantly. We’ve been at this Palluruty spot for a while, so we know the local shops and the people around the ESI Road area well. We don’t spend money on fancy advertisements because most of our work comes from people knowing who we are and what we’ve done before. It can be stressful when deadlines are tight, but we just keep at it. We focus on the concrete and the steel rather than the talk. It is honest work and it keeps the lights on. That’s really all there is to it.
