Sharma Hospital

We've been here in Ward No. 2 for a while now. It's just a regular hospital where we try to help people who come in. Most days are busy. Sometimes the waiting room gets a bit crowded but we do what we can. It’s not a fancy place with big carpets or anything. Just rooms and medicine and doctors doing their jobs. We see a lot of the same families from around here. It feels like a small community. Most of us live nearby so we know the area well. When someone comes in with a fever or a cut, we take a look and figure it out. We don't have a giant marketing team writing this, just me sitting at the desk. We keep the floors clean and the lights on. It’s hard work, especially at night when it’s quiet but the emergency door is still open. People know where we are. Ward No. 2 isn't hard to find if you've lived here long enough. We deal with the usual stuff like checkups and broken bones. Sometimes we run out of chairs in the lobby, which is annoying for people, but we try to fix that. It’s just a place to get better. Nothing more, nothing less. We’ve seen kids grow up and bring their own kids here. That’s just how time goes in a place like this. We stay open and ready for whatever the day brings.
