Our place is out in Village Shawah, which is part of Tara Nagar. Saya Guar Gum Industries Pvt. Ltd. is what we call our operation here. It's a bit of a drive from the main town, but that's where the space is for what we do. Being out here in the district means we are close to where everything grows. The facility is simple. We have the machinery and the storage areas needed for the gum. Most of the people working here are from the nearby villages, so it feels like a small community even though it's an industrial site. The roads around Shawah can get a bit dusty when the trucks are moving, but that’s just how it is. We spend most of our time making sure the machines are running right and the stock is moving out on time. It’s not a fancy office with air conditioning everywhere. It’s a workplace where things get handled by hand a lot of the time. We’ve seen the seasons change many times from this spot. Usually, the mornings are the busiest when the loads arrive. We don’t bother much with big meetings or corporate talk. We just talk across the floor or outside by the gate. Life in the village is quiet compared to the city, and we like that our work happens here. It’s honest work and it keeps everyone busy throughout the year. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out and get back to it.
