Sati Seven Masala

Sati Seven Masala is located on Silani Road in Sadulpur, which is in the Rajgarh Taluka of Churu district. We are very easy to find because we are right near the bus stop, so there are always people waiting around and buses pulling in and out throughout the day. The sound of the horns and the conductors calling out is just the soundtrack to our workday. Our building is a simple one, and inside we have our spice grinding setup. Churu is known for being very hot, and out here on Silani Road, you really feel it in the summer months. We just open the windows and keep working through the heat. Most of our day is spent weighing out spices and keeping an eye on the grinders to make sure they are working right. It is a local operation, run by people who live right here in Sadulpur. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the masalas and making sure the stuff is what it should be. The dust from the road and the spices can be a lot sometimes, but it is just part of the life we chose here near the bus stop. We take things one day at a time, making sure we have enough stock for our regulars and keeping the place running as best as we can without any fancy equipment. It is a loud and dusty spot but we like it fine.
