Jai Shree Balaji Bakery

If you walk through the Main Market near Ganpati Plaza, you’ll probably see our sign. Jai Shree Balaji Bakery has been around this corner for a good while. We spend most of our time dealing with flour, sugar, and the heat from the ovens. It gets pretty warm in the back during the afternoons. We aren't a big factory or anything like that. It’s just us trying to make enough bread and biscuits for the local crowd. Sometimes the deliveries are late or we run out of something popular by noon, but we do what we can. The market is always crowded, so it’s never quiet around here. We open up early to get the first batch out. Most of our customers are just neighbors or people heading to work. We don't have a big marketing team. It’s just us talking to folks across the counter. Sometimes we try out a new recipe and it works, other times it doesn’t, but that’s part of the job. The shop is small and can get a bit cramped when it's busy. We just keep things moving. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from sunrise till we close up at night. Nothing too fancy, just a regular bakery trying to serve the people who live and work around the plaza. We like the smell of fresh bread in the morning and seeing the same people every day. It makes the hard work feel worth it when someone enjoys what we made.
