You can find us right behind the Ladnun Chungi Naka in the Naya Bass area. We are in Ward No. 10, which is a part of town that we have known for a long time. The office is in a simple building and we don't have a big fancy sign or anything like that. Most people who come to see us are locals or people who have been told about us by someone else in the neighborhood. The Chungi Naka is a busy spot, so there is always some traffic and noise nearby, but we are tucked away just enough for it to be okay. Inside, it is just a normal workspace with some desks, some old files, and a few chairs for visitors. We usually have the door open to let some air in while we work on our daily tasks. It’s a family-style environment where we handle our business without a lot of fuss. We spend a lot of time talking on the phone or going over the paperwork that comes through. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are more focused on the work we do every day than on how the room looks. Being in Ward 10 feels like being part of the community here. We see the same faces passing by every morning while we are opening up the shop and getting things ready for the day.
