Crossroad Logistics Pvt. Ltd operates out of Sadulpur in the Churu district. We are technically a division of Omlogistics Ltd, but on the ground here, we feel like a local outfit. Our location is near J.N. Ponia, in Ward Number 4, at the place of Ramkishan and Hari Singh. Churu is known for its extreme weather, so we deal with a lot of heat in the summer and cold in the winter. This definitely affects how we manage the transport. We have been working out of this spot for quite some time now. It’s a simple office where we track the trucks and manage the paperwork. We don't spend much on decorating or anything like that. We just need a desk and a working phone line. Being in Sadulpur means we are a key link for many local businesses. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just move things from one point to another. Sometimes the roads are rough, and the schedules get pushed back. We just tell our customers the truth about where their stuff is. People around here appreciate a straight answer. We know the local drivers and they know us. It’s a small community in many ways, even if the logistics network is big. We have some old wooden chairs for the drivers to sit on while they wait for their paperwork to be stamped. It's a humble way to run a business, but it works.
