Ayappam Agrotec Private Limited is situated on P.W.D. Road in Dariba, which is in the Bidasar area of Churu. Churu is known for being very hot, and our office is no different during the summer months. We are located at a spot that is easy enough to get to if you are traveling through the district. We work in the agrotec sector, which is important for a place like this where farming is everything. Our office is a simple building on the side of the road. We don't have any big advertisements or flashy lights. We just have a small sign and our door is usually open for anyone who needs to come in. The P.W.D. Road can be dusty, especially when the wind picks up. We spend our time coordinating different agricultural projects and keeping track of our supplies. It is a slow and steady kind of life here in Bidasar. We don't have a lot of employees, just a handful of us who grew up around here. We know the land and we know the people. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, just trying to be a reliable one. Sometimes we sit outside when the weather is nice and talk about the upcoming harvest. It’s a very basic way of living and working, and that suits us just fine. Churu is a tough place but we like it here. It's where we started and where we plan to stay for the long haul.
