Arora Dream

Arora Dream is located in Sujangarh, right near Gandhi Chowk. It is a central spot in the town, and we also spend a lot of time serving people over in Durgapur. Sujangarh is the kind of place where everyone knows everyone, and being at Gandhi Chowk means we are right in the thick of things. The roads can be dusty and the Rajasthan sun is often very strong, so our building provides a bit of shade for anyone stopping by. We have a simple setup here. It isn't a place with air conditioning or soft carpets. It is more about practicality. We have our regulars who come in every day for the same thing, and we also see travelers who are just passing through Churu. Dealing with the heat is one of our biggest challenges, but we have some good fans that keep the air moving. Our staff is small, just a few of us who handle everything from the cooking to the cleaning. We don't have a mission statement or a big philosophy. We just wake up, open the doors, and start the day's work. Sometimes we run out of things and have to send someone to the market quickly. It is a bit disorganized at times, but we think that gives the place some character. We are just happy to be a part of the daily life here in Sujangarh.
