Minthems Creative Construction Private Limited is located in Molnom, Churachandpur. We are set up in Room No. 2, care of P Tongminthang Lhungdim. It’s a modest little space, but it’s enough for what we need to do. Churachandpur is a busy place, but Molnom has its own pace. We spend a lot of time thinking about how to build things a bit differently, hence the creative part of our name. But at the end of the day, it’s still construction. It involves a lot of dust and heavy lifting. We keep our plans and tools in the office. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find people in suits. We are usually wearing work boots and carrying measuring tapes. Dealing with local builds means we have to be practical. We talk to people in the neighborhood and try to help out with whatever project is going on. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to work by the window light, but that’s just how it is. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. We are a small team working out of a single room. It keeps us focused on the job. If you’re ever in Molnom, you can find us there. We might be busy with a drawing or out at a site, but the office is our home base. We like the community here and wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
