L. C. Enterprise

L. C. Enterprise sits on Rengkai Road, which is right on the Main Road in Churachandpur. If you know the area, you know how it gets when the market is open. We’ve been operating out of this post for quite a while. It’s a straightforward setup. We have the front area where people come in and a back room where we keep most of the supplies. Most days start pretty early because that’s when the deliveries arrive. We spend a lot of time checking lists and making sure everything that arrived is what we actually ordered. Sometimes there’s a mistake and we have to call around to fix it. It’s just how it goes. The building itself is old, but it stays cool enough in the summer. We have a few chairs for people to sit if they have to wait. There’s always music playing from one of the shops nearby. You get used to the rhythm of the street after a few years. We don't do anything too complicated here. It’s about keeping the shelves filled and talking to the people who walk through the door. Some of them have been coming to us since we first opened. We don't have any big corporate signs or anything. Just the name on the front and some posters on the wall. It’s a small operation, and that’s fine with us. We just keep moving forward one day at a time.
