Sai Mallikarjuna Cement Bricks

Our place is located right on the Main Road in Yellagiri, specifically at 94-2-78. If you are driving through Koyyalagudem, you will probably see our stacks of cement bricks lined up along the side. We started this because there was a need for building materials right here in the neighborhood. It is not a very complicated business. We mix the cement, pour it into the molds, and let them set until they are solid enough to move. The yard gets pretty crowded when we have a big batch ready. It is loud with the machinery running, but that is how we spend our mornings. Most of our neighbors know us by name, and we often have people just stop by to ask about pricing or how many loads we have ready for the week. We do not have a fancy office or anything like that. There is just a small desk where we keep the records and handle the cash. Sometimes the dust gets everywhere, especially in the summer heat, but we just keep at it. It is hard physical work, moving all those heavy blocks around by hand most of the time. We try to keep the stacks neat so the trucks can back in easily. Being on the main road helps people find us without much trouble. We just do the work and hope the bricks turn out okay every time. It keeps us busy and the bills paid.
