Out here in Devullamma Nagaram, things are pretty quiet compared to the city. Pmc Ym-Pharma Pvt. Ltd. is situated on Survey No. 506 and 507. We are part of the Koyyalagudem area in Choutuppal. It’s a bit of a drive to get out to this part of Bhuvanagiri, but it’s where we do our work. We deal with pharmaceutical stuff, mostly processing and making sure things are handled right. The building isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a standard pharma setup with white walls and lots of pipes. We spend a lot of time checking temperatures and looking at containers. The village life around us is nice. Sometimes cows walk past the main gate in the morning. We have a small canteen where we eat lunch together. It’s usually rice and dal. The work requires a lot of attention because you can't really mess up with chemicals. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone like that. Usually, people find us because they need what we make in the lab. The roads around Yadagri can be bumpy, but the logistics guys manage. It gets really hot in the summer months. We just keep the fans running and stay focused on the batches. It’s a steady rhythm of work that we’ve gotten used to over the years. We try to keep everything as clean as possible inside the production area.
