Supriya Ceramic

Over in Village Thangadh, you will find Supriya Ceramic on Navadham Road. Thangadh is famous for this kind of work, so we are surrounded by many others doing similar things. The road is often busy with tractors and small tempos carrying goods back and forth. Our place isn't very large, but we make use of every inch of space we have. Surendranagar can get incredibly hot, and inside the workshop, it feels even warmer because of the equipment running. We have a couple of ceiling fans that do their best, but they mostly just move the warm air around. We spend a lot of time looking at the pieces we make, checking for cracks or mistakes. It’s a slow process sometimes, and you have to be patient. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get through the orders we have and make sure the quality is decent enough for our customers. Most of us live nearby, so we walk or cycle to work. We take our lunch breaks together under the shade of the trees outside when the weather allows for it. It’s a quiet life in many ways, despite the noise of the machinery. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters for us. This is just who we are and where we work every day.
