Ucm Ventures Private Limited

We’ve been at 703 Gathila Khera for a bit now. It's right across from the Zee School on Chittor Road, so it's really easy to find us if you're in the area. Ucm Ventures is just a small team of us working here. Most days we are busy keeping things moving and dealing with whatever comes across the desk. It gets a bit noisy with the kids and the traffic from the school nearby, but we actually like the spot. We started this whole thing because we wanted to do something local. There isn't much to say other than we're here every day, rain or shine. We handle all our venture work from this office. Sometimes the road gets blocked up with buses, but that's just part of being on Chittor Road. We try to keep things very simple. There are no fancy offices or expensive leather chairs here. Just a few desks, some old chairs, and us doing our work. People stop by sometimes just to ask for directions or have a quick chat because we're right on the main path. We've got a decent setup that works for us. It's not a big corporate glass building, just our own little place. We've lived around this area for a long time so it made sense to set up shop near the school. We just do our work and go home. There’s nothing too complicated about how we run things.
