Tulsi Dairy & Misthan

We are Tulsi Dairy & Misthan, located in Village Surguja. Our place is quite close to the Dedri area. Out here in the village, we focus on fresh dairy and making various sweets. It's a very hands-on job, starting very early in the morning when the milk arrives. We have a small kitchen area where we boil the milk and start preparing the different misthan items. The smells of sugar and fresh cream are always in the air. We don't have any fancy packaging or big storefronts; it is just a simple place where locals come to get their daily milk or some treats for their families. The building is basic and we keep it as clean as possible, though working with milk is always a bit messy. Sometimes we run out of certain sweets by the afternoon if it has been a busy day. Being near Dedri, we get a mix of people from our village and those traveling through the district. We don't really use any advertising because word of mouth in the village is enough to keep us busy. It is hard work, especially in the heat, but it is what we do. We take pride in just doing the work well without making a big fuss about it.
