Out here in Vill Ranawat Ka Khera, things move a little differently than they do in the big cities. Simplex Infrastructures Ltd. has this setup in the Gangrar area of Chittorgarh. It’s a quiet spot near Bavlash. You won’t find any big neon signs pointing the way, just the usual local landmarks and the dusty roads of Rajasthan. We spend a lot of our days dealing with the heat and the wind while we try to stay on top of the projects. It's a long way from the main district hubs, so we have to be pretty self-reliant. If something breaks, we usually fix it ourselves. We don’t really do much for show. The office is just a place to sit down, drink some tea, and figure out the schedule for the next week. Most of the people around here know who we are because we’ve been around for a bit. It’s not a corporate skyscraper, just a building in a village where the work gets handled. Sometimes the power goes out or the rain makes the roads a mess, but we just wait it out and get back to it. We keep things pretty simple. There’s no need for big speeches or fancy posters on the walls. We just come in, do what needs doing, and head home when the sun goes down. It works for us and keep things going without any extra noise.
