If you come down to Sinchai Nagar and look near the petrol pump, you will find Siddhartha Security Services. We are right on the Main Market Road, so it is never really quiet around here. There is a constant sound of cars and bikes going past our door. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle the security business. We have a couple of desks and a lot of registers for keeping track of everyone. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. We spend a lot of time talking to the guys who work for us and making sure they know where they are supposed to be. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the stall across the road because it's easier than making it ourselves. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We're more focused on making sure the schedules are right and the uniforms are ready. People from the neighborhood stop by sometimes just to say hello or ask about work. It feels like a very local operation because it is. We aren't some big corporation from the city; we are just here on the market road doing what we do. It gets busy, it gets dusty, and sometimes it gets a bit chaotic, but that is just how it is.
