Pmp Akshitha Buildcon Private Limited is located in the village of Binota, which is in the Nimbahera Tehsil of Chittorgarh district. Our office is actually at House Number 18 in the village. It’s a very different environment than a big city office. Binota is a small place, and everyone knows everyone else. The building is just a standard village house that we use for the company’s administrative work. Since it’s in Chittorgarh, there’s a lot of stone and cement work around the region, so it gets very dusty. We spend a good part of the morning just sweeping out the front area. The office inside is just a table, some chairs, and a cupboard for the files. We don’t have high-speed internet or fancy tech; we just do what we can with what we have. Most of the work involves talking to people from the nearby villages and managing the labor for construction projects. The atmosphere is very casual. Sometimes a cow or two might walk past the door while we are in a meeting. We drink tea in small glass cups and talk about the local harvest or the road conditions. It’s a quiet life in Binota, and we like it that way. We don't have any grand statements to make. We just handle the construction business from our house-office and try to stay on top of the daily chores that come with running a business here.
