Patanjali Ramdev Store

Our shop, Patanjali Ramdev Store, is on Plot No.4 in Vikas Nagar. We are quite close to the Gomabai Netralaya, which helps people find us since the hospital is a big landmark. Being near the Chittourgadh Road means there is always a lot of dust and noise from the traffic. We spend a good amount of our time just wiping down the shelves. It’s a simple shop. We carry the usual things like honey, soap, and all those herbal items people look for. The sun hits the front of the shop quite hard in the afternoon, so it can get a bit hot inside. We have a small fan, but it doesn't do much. Most of our customers are locals from around Vikas Nagar. We know their names and what they usually buy. We don’t do any advertising or anything polished. It’s just a neighborhood store. Sometimes the stock delivery is late and we have to tell people to come back tomorrow. It’s a bit frustrating but that’s just life. The tea stall across the road is where we go when things are quiet. We aren't trying to be a big supermarket. It’s just us keeping the place running and making sure the regulars get what they need. The floors are a bit worn out, but the shop is clean enough. We just take it one day at a time here.
