Paradise Marbles Pvt. Ltd. F-86, New Riico Industrial Area. The yard at F-86 is usually covered in a thin layer of white dust. That's just how it is when you work with stone. We are out here in the New Riico Industrial Area, which is a bit of a drive but it gives us the space we need for the heavy slabs. Moving marble isn't easy work. We use the cranes all day. Sometimes the sun is really beating down on the yard, and you have to be careful where you step. We keep the slabs organized by type, though to someone else it might look like a jumble of rock. The office is just a small room off to the side where we keep the paperwork. It’s quiet in there compared to the noise of the saws and the trucks outside. We've seen this industrial area grow quite a bit over the years. More shops and units have popped up around us, but we stay focused on our own plot. Most of our days are spent checking the quality of the stone coming in and making sure the cuts are right for what people asked for. We don't do much in the way of fancy displays. The stone speaks for itself when you see it sitting there. It’s heavy, honest work and we've been doing it right here at F-86 for years. We keep the kettle going for tea and wait for the trucks.
