We have been here in Nimbahera for a good while now, specifically set up at 227 Rk Colony. It is just us, Naanesh Raamesh Developers Private Limited, trying to handle things on the ground without too much fuss. Mostly, our days go by with us checking on various sites or dealing with the usual pile of paperwork that comes with land work. It isn't always very exciting, to be honest. Some days are just spent drinking tea and talking to people who happen to drop by the office to ask about prices or boundaries. We know this specific area quite well because we live around here too. The RK Colony part of town is usually quiet, which suits the way we work just fine. We handle local building projects and sometimes we just help folks figure out what they can actually do with their small plots. There is often a lot of dust and noise when a project is finally moving, but that is just how it goes. We do not have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a functional room where we keep our files and meet people. Dealing with property in a place like Nimbahera means knowing the people and the actual soil. We just take it one project at a time and see how it turns out. If someone needs to find us, we are usually there.
