Our place is right behind the Roadways Bus Stand in Chittorgarh. We are situated in the Nagar Palika Colony at house number 38. Because we are so close to the bus stand, there is always the sound of engines and people traveling. We specialize in home-made food items. We wanted to keep things simple, like the food you would get in a normal house. Our workspace is not a big factory. It is a local building where we do all the cooking and the packing by hand. It can get quite hot in the kitchen areas, especially during the Rajasthan summers. We have a small team of local people who help us prepare everything. We don't have a big marketing team or a corporate office in a fancy city. We just work from this spot in Chittorgarh. Our neighbors are mostly other houses and small businesses. We see a lot of people coming and going because of the buses. Sometimes travelers stop by to see what we are making. We don't use any promotional language or try to sound like a huge brand. We are just a local business making food the way we know how. It is a lot of hard work and long hours, but we prefer it that way. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily tasks. It is just honest work behind the bus stand.
