We are set up at 115, Ganeshpura in Chittorgarh. Being in Rajasthan, we are right in the heart of where a lot of the cement action happens. Our office is a basic building that serves our needs just fine. We don't have anything fancy like a lobby or a receptionist at the front. Usually, one of us just looks up from our desk when someone walks in through the door. The address is easy to find once you are in the Ganeshpura area. We spend our days tracking shipments and talking to the people at the factory. There is a lot of coordination involved in this business to get it right. The weather here is dry and the sun is quite strong, so we keep the shutters down sometimes to stay cool inside. We’ve got a small group of staff who have been here for years. We know each other well. It’s a quiet place mostly, except when the phones start ringing all at once in the afternoon. We don't put out glossy brochures or anything like that. People know the name and they know where the office is located. We just focus on the practical side of things. If there's a problem with a delivery, we try to fix it quickly. It’s just how we operate. No big promises, just the daily grind of the cement trade in Chittorgarh. We stay busy and we get the work done without making a fuss.
