J.K Cement Works Nimbahera

We are located over in Nimbahera, which is in the Chittorgarh district of Rajasthan. Our specific spot is C-94 in Kailash Nagar-1. Working with J.K Cement Works in this area means we are right in the middle of a major industrial zone. It’s a very dry and dusty part of the country, but that is exactly where the work is for us. Our office is pretty functional and straightforward. We have the basic things we need to get the day started and not much else. Most of our time is spent managing the daily workflow and talking to the people over at the plant. It’s not a glamorous job at all. There’s a lot of heat and noise, especially during the peak hours of the day. We’ve lived and worked in this part of Rajasthan for a long time, so we are well used to the conditions here. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated corporate plans. We just look at the loading schedule and see what needs to be moved out on the trucks. People around Nimbahera know the company name, but to us, it’s just the place where we go every morning to do our jobs. Sometimes we have visitors coming in from other branches, but mostly it’s just us and the local crew handling the daily grind. We try to be honest about how long things take. If a truck is stuck or the loading is running slow, we just say it straight.
