Our place is located over in Geetanjali Colony, Nimbahera, specifically at Plot 43 in Keshav Nagar. We go by Jayant Builders Anddevelopers Privatelimited. It’s a quiet enough street, but there’s always something going on with our projects. We’ve been set up here for a bit, dealing with the usual ups and downs of the building trade. Building houses and developing land takes a lot of time and patience, which we’ve learned the hard way over the years. We aren't big on corporate meetings or anything like that. Instead, we spend most of our time out on the sites or checking on materials. The office in Keshav Nagar is where we keep the blueprints and the files, though it gets a bit messy sometimes with all the drawings lying around. People from Nimbahera know us as the local guys who handle construction. It’s a job that keeps you on your toes. One day you’re worrying about the rain, the next day it’s the cement delivery that’s late. But that's just how it goes in this business. We don’t try to act like we’re some huge company from the city. We’re just local builders trying to do right by the folks here.
