Hzl (Internship)

We are located at C-85/5 in Gandhi Nagar, over in Chittorgarh. This place is mainly focused on the internship side of things for Hzl. It is not a big corporate headquarters, just a modest office where students and new learners come to get some real-world experience. It gets a bit crowded sometimes when a new batch arrives, but we manage just fine. We have some basic desks and a lot of manuals for people to read through. It’s a practical environment. We don't spend money on fancy decorations. We’d rather just have good fans and enough chairs for everyone. The work involves a lot of learning about how the industry actually operates on the ground. We talk to the interns like regular people, not like bosses in a boardroom. It’s about showing them how to handle the daily tasks and the paperwork that no one tells you about in school. Chittorgarh is a historic place, but our daily life is just about the grind. We keep things simple and honest. If someone makes a mistake, we just fix it and move on. It’s a place for learning by doing. We’ve been in Gandhi Nagar for a bit now, and it’s a decent, quiet spot for focusing on the work at hand. We just want to give these kids a chance to see how work really is. It keeps us busy and the atmosphere lively.
