Hindustan Zinc Ltd

Our spot is over at GF-4 in Zinc Nagar, right along Kapasan Road here in Chittor Garh. It is one of those places that you might miss if you are not looking for it. Being part of the Hindustan Zinc Ltd community means we see the same faces every day, which is nice. Santanu Ku Mishra is the name on the door, and it is a ground floor space, so it is easy for people to drop by when they need something from us. The road outside is always busy with people heading to the plant or coming back home to the colony after a long day. Sometimes the noise from the traffic on Kapasan Road gets a bit much, but it is just part of the atmosphere here. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that writing this. It is just us working out of this office. The heat in Rajasthan really settles into these buildings by the afternoon, so we mostly try to get the heavy work done in the mornings before the sun is too high. It is a practical setup for what we need to do. There are no big mission statements on the walls. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized. If you are ever passing through Zinc Nagar, you will see it is a tight-knit kind of place where everyone knows why they are here. We just keep doing our bit from GF-4 and that seems to work out fine.
