Hindustan Zinc Ltd

We have been based out of the FF-12 spot in the Executive Hostel for a while now. If you know Zinc Nagar in Chittorgarh, you know it is mostly people coming and going for work. This building is right where a lot of the action happens for Hindustan Zinc Ltd. It is not some big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a practical place where we get things done every day. The Rajasthan sun can be pretty tough in the summer months, so having a place here in the hostel makes sense for staying close to the site. We usually start quite early before it gets too hot outside. Most of the people around here are either working in the mines or handling the paperwork. It is a quiet enough area during the day when everyone is out at the plant, but it picks up in the evening. We do not have any big speeches to give about what we do. It is just steady work. Living and working out of Zinc Nagar means you get used to the dust and the trucks moving around at all hours. Chittorgarh is a historical place, but our corner of it is more about the industrial side of things. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks that come our way at No:Ff-12. It’s a simple setup, nothing too complicated about it. We’ve been here long enough that the surroundings feel like home.
