Flexads Media Private Limited is basically just us working out of Bhawaliye in Chittorgarh. Our setup is at Mr. Tilak Kumar’s place. It’s not a big fancy office building or anything like that. We just have a few desks and computers where we handle the day-to-day stuff. Most mornings start with a bit of tea and a talk about what needs doing. It gets pretty hot here in the afternoons, so we try to get the heavy work done early. Being in a place like Chittorgarh means things move a bit slower than the big cities, but we like it that way. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation that forgets people's names. It's just a small group of us trying to figure out the media world from our corner of Rajasthan. Sometimes the power goes out, or the internet acts up, but we manage to get things back on track eventually. If you’re ever around the Bhawaliye area, you might see our small sign. We’ve been here for a bit now, just taking things one day at a time. The office is humble, but it serves us well. We do most of our communication through emails and phone calls, so the physical space doesn't matter as much as the work we actually put out. It's a quiet spot, which helps when you need to focus on complex projects. We just keep our heads down and keep moving. No big speeches or fancy promises.
