We’ve been here in Puttur Town on Tirupati Road for quite some time now. It’s a busy spot, especially with all the traffic heading toward the temple. Most days, we just open up early and get things moving before the sun gets too high. It gets really hot out there on the road, so we try to do the heavy lifting in the mornings. My father started this whole thing, and I just kind of took over as I got older. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. It’s just a plain room where we keep our books and wait for people to drop by. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside, no matter how much we sweep. It’s just the way it is living right on the main stretch. Most of our neighbors know us by name, and we know them too. We see the same faces every day, which is nice. If you’re driving down Tirupati Road, you’ve probably seen our sign once or twice. It’s nothing special to look at, just a place where we do our work and try to keep things honest. We don’t really do much advertising or anything. Usually, someone tells a friend about us, and that’s how we get most of our stuff done. It’s a simple way to live, but it keeps us busy enough. Sometimes it’s quiet, other days it's a mess, but we manage.
