At Surya Colour Products Pvt. Ltd., we spend most of our time surrounded by buckets and bins. Our place is located at 18-1-684 in Bhavani Nagar, and it is more of a working warehouse than anything else. There are always splashes of color on the floor and the faint smell of pigments in the air, which I guess is expected given what we do. The building itself is nothing special, just a solid place where we can mix our products and get them ready for shipping. Bhavani Nagar is a lively neighborhood, so there is always something going on outside our gates. Inside, it is a bit more focused, though things can get pretty chaotic when we are trying to meet a big order. We have a small team here, and everyone chips in with whatever needs doing, whether it is moving heavy containers or double-checking the labels. We do not have a showroom or a glossy catalog to show people. Usually, if someone wants to see what we have, they just come by the gate and we show them what is currently on the floor. It is a bit of a messy job, and our clothes usually end up ruined by the end of the week, but that is just part of working with colors. We just keep our heads down and try to get the work done right without making a big fuss.
