Surendhar Hospital

Surendhar Hospital is located over in the Tirupati area of Chittoor. If you are heading towards Tirupati, you’ll find us nearby. This place isn't like those massive corporate buildings you see in the big cities. It’s a bit more grounded. The walls are painted a simple off-white and there are always people sitting on the benches outside talking. We get a lot of folks coming in from the surrounding villages. It gets really busy during the middle of the day. To be honest, the parking can be a bit of a mess sometimes because everyone wants to be right at the front door. Our staff works hard but we’re just normal people. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep the paperwork moving as fast as we can. The building has been here for years and you can tell by looking at the floors. They’re clean but they’ve got that worn-in look. It feels like a place that has seen a lot of history. Patients often bring us fruit or just stop by to say hello even if they don't have an appointment. That’s the kind of place it is. We don’t spend money on fancy brochures or advertisements. Most people hear about Surendhar Hospital from their neighbors or relatives who have been here before. It stays pretty warm inside during the summer but we have enough fans going to keep it okay. We just do what needs doing every day and hope for the best for everyone who walks in.
